Eligibility: All employees are eligible for the same benefits in general with special approvals for benefits like tuition reimbursement which is based on performance and relocation assistance based on various factors including international travel.
Group Medical Insurance
All new employees will have a probation period (currently it is at 90 days) for the group medical benefit to kick-in. For employees who relocate from overseas there are some special considerations and some additional individual coverage etc for a short period which is also provided.
IRMAC benefits provide you with important financial protection. Medical coverage is a vital part of that protection. The medical plan options available to you depend on where you live. Most employees will be able to choose between two medical plans provided through the same carrier.

Our business insurance coverage handles the aspects of workers comp and general liability insurance.
Holidays
All the public holidays in US are honored. Mostly the client’s schedules and holidays are what we honor as they are generally standard. Optional holidays vary based on the client project etc.
Vacation & Policies for Leave of Absence
Every employee based will be given a ten business days vacation in general. However as most of our employees who visit international make special arrangements for the same. This normally is carried forward for next years with prior approval on a one-on-one basis to accrue the time for longer visits.
While IRMAC is flexible to an extent, we honor within reason extended leave, leave of absence such as maternity leave, sabbatical to allow international relocation etc.
While there is no limit to sick leave as long as permission is taken appropriately, IRMAC will monitor on a case basis for special occasions, unpaid family & medical leave etc for extended period.
Relocation Assistance
Based on the client projects and locations, the relocation assistance is case specific. While travel assistance including car, flight, hotel charges are paid as expenses to the employee, allowance for family members and incidental expense payments are decided by the company. There are special situations based on the projects for specific limits on per diem allowances, cap on certain travel and expenses decided by the company.
Education - Tuition Reimbursement
IRMAC recognizes the constant need for staying abreast of the technology and ever changing skill-sets in the IT industry. IRMAC provides special opportunities with training allowances and tuition reimbursement to advance the skills of individuals and spouse (with a special permission based on the contribution to the growth of the company).
This cannot exceed a sum of five thousand dollars for any calendar year. While this is decided on a case basis with performance appraisal as an agreement with the consultant, IRMAC encourages staff to attain special certifications such as Brainbench, MCP, MCSD, CCNA, PMP, Six Sigma, Sun certification etc which is directly related to the revenue growth and longevity of the client relationships and project extensions.
